Who is responsible
Solvia is run by Tab & Co, 16 rue Cuvier, 69006 Lyon, France, which is responsible for your personal data. Contact: hello@taband.co.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, the name you choose if you give one, and your password, stored only as a hash we can't read.
- Your use of the app: your saved spots, your last spot, your answers during setup, and how much of your daily allowance you have used.
- Your plan: which plan you have, whether it is a trial and when it ends. We never see your card: Apple and Google handle payment.
- Security: your signed-in devices with their browser or app description, and a log of security events such as a password reset, kept under an account number and without your email.
We don't show ads and we don't sell your data.
Why we use it
- To run your account and the service you asked for.
- To apply the limits of your plan.
- To keep accounts secure and to prevent abuse, which is our legitimate interest.
Who receives it
- Amazon Web Services hosts the service and its database in the EU, and sends our emails: your address and the code in the message.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may log the technical details of your visit, such as your IP address.
- Apple and Google handle subscriptions under their own terms, once subscriptions are on sale. RevenueCat will then manage their status, under a random identifier rather than your email.
How long we keep it
- Your account and saved spots: until you delete your account.
- Signed-in devices: 30 days after last use.
- Daily usage: 7 days.
- Emailed codes: 15 minutes.
- Security log: 6 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or receive your data, or object to how we use it, at hello@taband.co. You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Account. This removes your data, including your saved spots. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, which you manage with Apple or Google.
You can also complain to your data protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL.
Age
Solvia is for adults. Don't use it if you are under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app.
